After 30 days, restocking charges may apply. In the event that you need to return a product, please <\/font><\/em><\/font>contact us<\/font><\/em><\/a> for return instructions. Before an item arrives back with us, we like to know that it is coming, for what reason it is being returned, and what will be expected by the customer in regards to replacement, credit, refund, etc. Sorry, freight charges cannont be refunded unless there was an error on our part which caused the reason for return to occur.

\nSince we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received quickly, within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you haven’t been able to get in contact with us in a timely manner, you can refuse the shipment when it gets to you…however, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for shipping, freight, & handling that we suffered in shipping your order. There are many ways to contact us<\/a> at Ritchieintexas.com, but you have to act fast in canceling an order because we give prompt service…telephone calls to our office or office recorders (on all the time) would be the best bet. Emails should be your last choice of methods in contacting us to cancel an order since timeliness is of the utmost importance. We have 6 employees and 5 recorders answering phones, only one person answering emails.\n<\/p>\n
